InterServe Ministries consists of youth ministry professionals with several years of congregational youth ministry experience. Most of the professional development for our Associates comes from the same education provided to interim pastors, which is then tailored to youth ministry. Our Associates are committed to upholding the current ministry while providing a leading, encouraging presence during the interim period. Kris Bjorke, Co-Founder: Kris has served in many areas within and related to youth ministry for over 15 years. She has served in congregational youth ministry and has worked for Youth Leadership and Luther Seminary. Currently, she is serving as Interim Director of Youth Ministries in Zumbrota, MN. Kris has a B.A. in Youth and Family Ministry and is currently working on her Masters Degree in Youth and Family at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN. Sue Megrund, Co-Founder: Sue has served in youth ministry for over 15 years. Currently, she serves as Interim Director of Youth Ministries at a congregation in Waconia, MN. Prior to that, Sue provided interim services in Chanhassen MN. She holds an undergraduate degree in Human Services and a Masters Degree in Theology with a concentration in Youth and Family Ministry from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.
