Mental Health & CYF Workshop
Caring for ourselves to care for others
The last couple of years have been tough for church workers, kids, and families. When our own resources are low, it can be hard to support others. Watching the youth and families we work with struggle, while we struggle, is exhausting.
This workshop will offer participants the opportunity to:
• Process current struggles in a small group setting.
• Reflect on and ask questions about supporting youth and families’ mental health.
• Gain new resources for mental health support for yourself as well as youth and families.
